EMGlobal Credit Repair Services - Refund Policy

At EMGlobal, we are committed to providing top-quality credit repair services to our clients. Our goal is to help you achieve a healthier financial future. However, if you are unsatisfied with our services, please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available only to clients who have fulfilled their obligations by providing all necessary documentation and information requested by EMGlobal to perform the credit repair services.

Refunds may be granted if, after a minimum of 90 days of active service, there has been no noticeable improvement in your credit report (i.e., negative items removed, credit score increase, etc.).

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please email us at vamatthewbooks@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request."

Include your full name, the date of service initiation, and details of your concern.

3. Refund Decision

Refunds will be reviewed and processed within 30 days of your request submission. Refund eligibility is at the discretion of EMGlobal based on our assessment of the services rendered.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

The initial consultation fee (if applicable) is non-refundable.

Any fees paid for additional, optional services beyond our standard credit repair services are also non-refundable.

5. Termination of Services

If you decide to cancel our services before the 90-day minimum period, you will not be eligible for a refund.
